Singed

What's the chance on making Singed's resource bar his poison trail and not mana? It could solve his passive issue that everyone doesn't like and allow for power to be focused into the rest of his kit without breaking him completely

I don't know, just brainstorming here as a player that barely plays Singed but enjoys him :3
