Zero Skill Tank1 votesNerfs barely change how strong he is, yes they reduce his damage a little but he has excess amounts of it anyways.
So yes, he will be kept banned.
Also, Zed is like THE most obnoxious champion to play against, and Q nerf only reduced it by a little, so many players ban Zed just to not have to play against him, regardless if he is absurdly broken, or just a little broken.
