Nashor's Tooth vs Guinsoo's Rageblade
What are the benefits of taking Nashor's over Guinsoo's currently? I know of the 20% CDR, but usually CDR isn't as important on champions who will be wanting on-hit items.

There are none if it's a champion who has both AD and AP scalings.
Which is just about everyone who buys on-hit for the most part. Nearly everyone that can use on-hit has hybrid scaling or is AD with some AP Ratios.

The sole champion who might want Nashor's over Guinsoo's due to a lack of AD scaling is
but even he doesn't have the best wave clear innately so Guinsoo's AoE might be better for him then Nashor's

or you know
and
.
doesn't really care about either of them since she isn't going to auto you enough for rageblade to be of use.
really doesn't care about rageblade either and there is no reason for him to even build nashor's.
There are plenty of champions who would prefer Nashor's over Rageblade since they aren't going to get max stacks reliably or even care about autoing enough to even get max stacks

btw yi does not use on hit AP. hes full ad. the only ability that scales with AP is his heal. so buying rageblade is suboptimal. but who cares you still get pentakills. rageblade is optimal on jax/xin zhao/udyr and kayle. and kogmaw.(the last two are ranged so its harder to get stacks. but due to their attack speed its probably not a big deal) aatrox does not have any on hit magic scalings. but he could use it just like yi.
i get both depends on who you get it on, aa magic i get it on teemo tf ap varus ori(her aa on passive is really good)
I mean, it depends who you are, to be honest. Kayle wants them both, since AD, AP, attack speed, AoE damage, and CDR are all good on her. Azir only wants Nashors, Shyvana only wants Rageblade.
Guinsoo's Rageblade requires you to commit pretty hard to get the benefit.
Nashor's Tooth gives you a strong benefit right off the bat.
I build Nashor's Tooth on Evelynn regularly, I would never build Guinsoo's Rageblade.
The biggest advantage of Nashor's is it's build path. Guinso won't get any AS until finished. But with Stinger you already got almost all of the AS.
So champions that have on hit effects build into their kit, get a larger benefit early.
if they are just AP. buy nashor. if they are ad and ap. but rageblade.. however I played devoure diana and i think she was still good too. I'ves een hybrid teemo. ad/ap. and it works well too. but nashor is probably superior on teemo. because you're double dipping for the on hit from its passive and his E. and teemo is good for poke early so you're not usually gonna stack enough to get the on hit from rageblade.
Has someone said nashors procs on towers, while guinsoo doesnt?
