Elise; Rank 6 Spells Concept
So this is bit like what they did with Jayce, make the activation form passive automatically level at levels 1/6/11/16 and give 6 ranks to the other spells just to make leveling more stream-lines since putting points in Elise's "R" is just putting points into a passive. I will give an example of the ranks which for the most part are adjustments, but does give Elise a tiny buff to her late game with rank 6 spells, nothing crazy however.
Do note I will be including some of the current PBE changes as well, so if you are confused about things being there that are not currently there it is because the change is on PBE and not LIVE. Also passive and "R" will not be included since they will be the same just automatic rather than requiring points into them.
Neurotoxin (Q): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 80/84/88/92/96/100 Mana; Range: 625 units Elise deals 40/70/100/130/160/190 plus 8%(+3% per 100AP) of the target's current health as magic damage.
Venomous Bite (Q): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Range: 475 units Elise lunges and deals 60/95/130/165/200/235 plus 8%(+3% per 100AP) of the target's missing health as magic damage.
Volatile Spiderling (W): Cooldown: 12 seconds; Cost: 60/68/76/84/92/100 Mana; Range: 950 units Elise summons a spiderling for 3 seconds which explodes on an enemy to deal 75/115/155/195/235/275(+80%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck.
Skittering Frenzy (W): Cooldown: 12 seconds; Passive: Spiderlings gain 5/10/15/20/25/30% bonus attack speed.
Active: Elise and her Spiderlings gain 60/80/100/120/140/160% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.
Cocoon (E): Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10/9 seconds; Cost: 50 Mana; Range: 1075 units Elise tosses a cocoon out to stun the first enemy struck for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds
Rappel (E): Cooldown: 26/23.6/21.2/18.8/16.4/14 seconds; Range: 750 units Ground Cast: Elise goes in the air for 2 seconds and may click on an enemy to drop down early.
Enemy Cast: Elise goes in the air to land on her target.
Additionally, upon landing Elise's spider form effects are increased by 40/52/64/76/88/100% for 5 seconds.
