The theory behind ADC Veigar and why it's way stronger than AP Veigar

Veigar get a lot of AP from his Q farming so buying more AP is a waste on him. But he hacks sustained damage so you can build AD/AS/CRIT on him and still have the nuking power from his abilities with the added bonus of ADC tier sustained damage. Pros are starting to use this and I can see nerfs coming to his AA range/Base AS soon... Abuse it while you can.
