How to fix Brand

Make all his spells fade when he dies. (especially R and Passive)

This way, he can't press all his button when he's about to die and still deal a fck ton of damage. It also adds counterplay to him (focus brand down first)
This would not fix his laning phase, but would hurt his mid-late game quite a lot.
