I mean sure, its great that we can kill dragon at level 4 now because of the new heal on smite but people are still fucking stupid and now she's going to have a passive that says /all "HEY EVERYONE, I NEED TO KILL DRAGONS!"

.... Shyvana's kit is fully functional without that passive. That passive will amplify her kit, but she is not going to be useless if she gets no dragons.

Mira Arya Enthe3 votesAll these changes are a flat out buff. She is gaining her W and E changes in dragon form, HP as a dragon, unstoppable status on her ult. The passive is just a bonus that makes her EVEN STRONGER when she has them. Otherwise her kit is the same as it currently is.
Zelorxon1 votesSome are buffs, some are nerfs, she gets screwed in the passive resistances quite a bit, that will force her to buy more tank items or be squishier than how she was before.
If they want to do a good job they need to keep at least the human form passive, the rest i'll try and see how to adapt as best as possible.

Zelorxon1 votesI know riot since 5 years now, it's almost like when you have a family member/roommate you ask to wash the dishes and they are all like "YEAH DW BRO I GOT THIS COVERED NP" and you come back home and you find them watching tv on the couch and the dishes are still dirty in the sink.
This is what will happen with shyvana armor and mr, they have a particular passion for stealth nerfs, they will be like "OOPSIE, we forgot about it, but this it's to enforce healthy gameplay, shyvana shouldn't be able to do a full clear you know? junglers should have the "option" to decide between ganks and powerfarming, and this is healthy blah blah blah".
