can we just remove shit from his kit? he has absolutely everything that you want out of a bruiser; high-end damage even with 1 item, the most utility in the diver class, and he's tanky as hell, too
there's no reason to play any diver except him when he's a good champion

AoE Knockup is considered CC.

The only one thing is considered utility. Attack speed buff.
I don't even know what armor shred is considered by riot. I consider it a debuff. By wikia definition, it isn't utility unless they consider indirect utility.
If you want to consider CC utility, Rakan still has more or at least better.
