Other than Darius and Master yi, no one else other than assassins get this, but why? They already have access to tons of mobility in their kits. Why do they need a get out of jail free card just for killing someone?

Ok fine. One other champ I forgot, but I'm pretty sure that's it. No one else gets it. And Tristana doesn't have burst, so no one gives a sh*t if she has a reset.

Still very doable, I actually play it some times and it can easily 1 shot any non-tank still since her E still has a high AP scaling. Though AD Trist is still better

Assassins get in, kill, and get out. If they don't get the kill, they don't get out. The reset is a reward for killing someone and a tool to escape being collapsed on. The counterplay is to have the skill and foresight to not get killed.

Other champions get other tools instead of resets. Katarina and Kha'Zix get mobility resets on kills, but they don't get other tools like self-sustain, waveclear, or durability. Garen doesn't get resets, but he get's constant health regen, good waveclear, a slow removal, and damage reduction.
Btw, resets aren't limited to Assassins at all.

Ok you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Garen doesn't get access to "constant health regen". He only gets it if he's avoided taking damage for a LONG TIME (I forget exactly how long it is), which is pretty hard to do in lane when you're getting poked constantly. And Kha'zix has a heal in his kit, so I'd call that sustain. There's a reason why he can stay in the jungle so long.

One, there's no need to be rude. No one will take you seriously if you act ill-manners.
Late game, Garen's passive activates only 4 seconds of not taking damage and heals him for 10% of his health every 5 seconds, which is one of the reasons why Garen scales so well into late game. And Kha'Zix's Void Spikes don't offer any real sustain in a teamfight, it's only majorly useful in the jungle except in extreme cases.
But you're strawmanning and missing the point. Champions get resets just like any other champion gets other tools. Some have resets, some have waveclear, some have combat sustain, some have global presence, some have CC, some have CC immunity, so on, so forth. It's a tool to be used by the champion, and they make trade offs for having it. In the case of resetting Assassins like Katarina and Kha'Zix, it comes at the price of durability and weakness to crowd control. It's not something extremely unique and special, and adding resets to champions that don't need them wouldn't add anything meaningful to the game.

is one. Tristana does have burst as well, in fact she can easily win a 1v1 against most ADCs imo
