Jhin and base AD. Does this make him a good Sheen and Steraks user?

Hello, from what I have gathered from the PBE is that he seems to have a ridiculous BASE AD for a ranged champion.

At level 18 he has 121 base AD

This means he is tied with as number 11.

Everyone else above him are the juggernauts champions like .

To put it to perspective he has 21-22 more base AD than and

This means at level 18 he will get + 30 AD from

So if he procs sheen he will do +471.9 dmg on his next auto if he has both and

Another thing about Jhin is that all of his ratios are TOTAL AD so his base AD also count towards his spells which means he gains damage on his spells by building

So I recommend these items in no particular order.
