Not skipping a division; Yet I meet all requirements?

I went through all of Gold V without loosing a match, and all of Gold IV while only loosing one.

My MMR is 100 points higher then my division should be; and I've maintained a 85% win rate over my last 20 or more games.

I'm seeing people on 5 game winning streaks skipping divisions. Yet, I've gone well over 10 game streaks at a time. Am I missing something?

EDIT: Yes, I know it's MMR based not wins - Already checked to see if it met the requirements.

to skip you must be B4 S4 G4 P4 or B3 S3 G3 P3 to skip a division. you cannot be in the 5th division and expect to skip. wont happen.

but idk man, you say your in G4. maybe you just need to win more :)

Actually 2 seasons ago i went gold 5 to gold 3.

False, the division doesn't matter at all. You can be in any division and earn a skip, including division 1 of a tier. It is possible to skip up to 3 divisions at a time depending on your MMR+, and it might be possible to skip more although I have never personally gotten a skip of more than 3 at a time with an MMR+ of 350 (gold 4 to gold 1).

You only have a 57% overall win rate lol. I have a 70% overall winrate and I still never skipped a division

EDIT: those also arent exact MMR numbers. Its an educated guess at best

I started the season off terribly; as I was placed in Bronze - and it was inconsistent until I hit Mid-Silver.

I'm going off my last 50 or so games; not how I started the season.

I have a 70% win rate over my last 50 games - and a 85% over my last 25.

wheres my skips at then lol. Is 70% overall considered good enough to warrant skips? I also have a 4:1 overall KDA which isnt amazing, but its still pretty good imo

Yes; but your match history isn't even comparable. I'm referring to going 11 wins in a row; and two full divisions with only 1 loss. With a much higher current win rate/mmr.

Not everyone got to start at a more consistent starting position.

Its not about winrate. Its about MMr.

You need an MMR+ of roughly 150. Not 100. You have to be seeing greater than 30 LP per win in order to skip. I have tested this thoroughly personally dozens of times over the seasons. Your MMR is not high enough to earn a skip yet.
