Or does comp make the game just easier on your end. (no i dont mean all supps or something trolly i mean those ones that you say im a one trick something even though it dont fit meta/comp like a Zed top as a example)

Teamcomp is only the deciding factor in a skill matchup, when everyones knowledge of the champ is relatively even
Fargo791 votesI have to say comp plays about 40% of it... i have had games where we play against what we think is a troll comp and get shit on... ends up they were just better then us. a legit comp does make the flow of the game go by easier at all stages of the game but isnt always needed.

If it's a Plat playing a top Soraka vs Bronze, then no. It doesn't matter. The Soraka will 1v5 you. If it's a Plat Soraka top vs a Plat team, you might reconsider your pick.
What matters in an equal skill fight is mostly that all bases are covered: Have a front line, some sustain, and at least 1-2 players who can soak damage from full lethality or Mages.
Going 4 adcs in the current meta just doesn't work if they are all built adc. (I've built a tank MF on an adc team. That works).
