Zeal. On any ranged champion with good base ability damage.

item 3085 item 3087 item 3094 item 3031 item 3006(Situational)

Its such a fun build; rapid fire and shiv stack with each other and you get ~600 damage with the zeal items and boots alone. IE is just icing on the cake that turns ~600 damage into ~800.

I think you need more AD. Crit is multiplier: with no AD, you're going to be doing a lot less damage then someone with a typical AD crit build

Eh. From runes, ruunans, and IE you should be around 200AD by level 18, right? Combined with double proc from shiv and firecannon, it makes up for the lost AD quite a bit and, in the laning phase, makes it very hard to itemize defensively against you. Its definitely not a bot-lane build, though; trying this triple zeal build would definitely lose your lane and this build is all about bullying out with crit firecannon-shiv procs. It doesnt do that much non-proc damage (which is why i said good base damage on abilities :3 Lucian and graves work well for this because their harass and attack speed synergies are so good)

Shiv and Rapid Fire will no longer stack in 5.24. Whichever deals the highest damage to a specific target takes priority.

Whaaaaat? Thats lame. Its not even that powerful of a combo, why would they change it?

Besides that it actually is a strong combo (particularly on Marksmen who move around a lot), for consistency with similar grouped effects like Spellblade.

Who wastes two slots for fire-shiv unless thats actually their goal? unless youre GP and working on a one-shot-one-kill build, i dont see the reasoning. Spell blades are also multiplicative with base AD and are CALLED "spellblade" as a unique passive. Firecannon and shiv are different passives that use the same "energize" mechanic and scale off of level, dont they?
