Elise is now VERY strong with the new patch. So of course she will get the Ryze treatment and be nerfed into obscurity again.

Well ryze was a problem since he permaroots people into oblivion, I dont see anything near that cancerous in elise's kit although her numbers are indeed high atm

Elise has one of the most loaded kits in the game. She has a TON of abilities since she has two forms. That is why Riot has had such a hard time balancing her.

Being overloaded doesn't stop champs from being allowed to be good, just as long as you're lucky enough that Riot's perfectly fine with you being overpowered.

Overloaded is fine as long as they have glaring weaknesses as well.

Elise has a lot of weaknesses compared to Nidalee.

I think Elise is much more balanced than Nid. The combination of the spear and her mobility make Nid toxic as can be. Elise is really strong since her last buff though. She may need nerfing, but we need to give it a couple weeks to see how she does. I always wait a couple weeks after a buff to say whether someone needs nerfing since you have to see if there is enough counterplay.
