revert shaco
AP shaco is ridiculously one-dimensional and absolute cancer with his one-shot potential, and bruiser shaco is not what you should want to make popular. AD was his healthiest and most versatile build but it was completely gutted
his new passive being up front burst in one hit is the exact opposite of what your goals were in the assassin update; old passive rewarded skill much more
this rework didn't accomplish anything in making him healthier or less obnoxious for anyone to deal with it just made him easier to play and broke his AP build. i think a revert is in order
