Can we nerf Jhin or remove Stormrazor? I'd rather play against Tristana than Jhin with Stormrazor

I can't even connect with him as Udyr with Swiftness + Trinity Force + 3 stack passive + Bear, because he's permanently moving at 500+ MS.

Stormrazor's interaction with Jhin's 4th shot causing it to deal even less damage. Jhin's crits do 25% less damage I guess so building stormrazor was equal to being useless lmao

Except now he has a 100% crit chance on 1st and 4th shots - the first at 135% ad and 4th at 100 - (normal crit)
