It's because junglers that do, can't reach bot in time if 4 players on the other team decide to tower dive. Also, top is, statistically speaking: harder to gank. You can't attack from both sides unlike mid and can't control dragon if more than 3 players go top.
Magical Zoe1 votesWhat? Top is typically very easy to gank just because there are multiple ways to gank, by the river, tri bush on both sides, and coming from the tower openings. Mid is probably the hardest because it's the shortest lane and most midlaners are very mobile and can escape easily. Bot is medium but can be hard if it's constantly warded.
