I get your points, but the guy's tag says he's from EUW. English probably isn't his first language. Let's refrain from attacking people's vocabulary when we can see there's an extremely high chance that they are not native English speakers.

In case you didnt realize this, but the only boards that are highly active are the NA boards, which is why we see lots of EUNE,OCE, and EUW people posting here. Additionally, the NA boards offer access to Riot HQ itself, as the people who actually make the game are based in NA and frequent these boards. So there's quite a bit of logic for other regions to want to post here.
