Lethal Tempo

Lethal Tempo's charge up time should be reduced from 1.5 seconds to .75 seconds. I think by doing this, it could see more play because I was messing around with it and my target would already get away from me by the time my Lethal Tempo would kick in. Buffing it could help diversify bottom lane so players would have some interest in playing champions like Kalista, Vayne, or even KogMaw. These champions are obviously not in the greatest spot right now, but I think changing the wind up time on Lethal Tempo could at least help.

I like the idea, but t get diversity first they have to take care of fleet footwork. At the moment it is the only way to survive a poke lane, and right now every lane deals so much damage.

That is true. If they were to change Lethal Tempo, it would be during 8.12 when they update the supports. Assuming they're just going to be nerfing armor / health regen on the supports and either reduce their mana regen or just reduce their damage in general. Then Fleet won't be that much of a necessity, especially since it's getting nerfed also with the marksman update.

I agree. PTA is just so much better. Only champ LT feels good on is Kayle because her scalings and base damage are such utter shit. Attack speed just does so much more for her than any other stat early game. Anyone else, it's better to go PTA.

wait LT is good on kayle because of her good base damage and it lets her waveclear vs melees.

0.75 seconds? Does that mean you would like it to active on the second or maybe third basic attack you do? Wouldn't that be a little too fast?

Well yes and see how the champions who take the rune are doing throughout the patch. Obviously there would need to be some tweaks to the bonus attack speed given, but it would be a start because the only problem with that rune is that the wind up time takes too long for the rune to be effective in lane. The rune is utilized to its full potential during team fights, but is god awful in lane.
