Why are we not allowed to remake when ENEMY died?

Just had a game where our adc got bugsplatted, the team was playing safe and trying to remake, then our jungler killed the enemy jungler for first blood, which made us UNABLE TO REMAKE.(pretty sure the enemy jungler knew about this that is why she intentionally fed first blood)

WTF? we didn't die and we got a kill, why are we not allowed to remake? This makes no sense.

You can still remake even if FB happened. Something different must have occurred.

We tried and it did not allow us to remake and the message said something along the line of "remake is only avaliable when no kill had occur".

that is not longer in game. That does not exist.

If you the remake team kill someone you can't remake if someone on the remake dies you can remake use this glitch to your advantage
