A good idea for ping system? (not enough ping options)

So I always find myself pinging danger then typing "a ward is here" or pinging I need assistance and typing "please place a ward here" or wherever, then at that moment I'm hitting enter, I get smacked with a zed ult. Everyone has had ideas for additional pings that could be very useful and time saving, so I thought I'd share an idea.

In my perfect league world where LP is free and Teemo is dead, I would love to see a list of all our most suggested pings over the last year or 2, then be able to vote on the most popular 10 or so. Then they could be in a settings menu where you could choose which ones you want in-game, then map them how it best suited your style of play. Maybe you just want to add 2 additional pings and make it a 6 choice, hexagon selection instead of the usual 4, etc, etc.

I think this would be a great way to add some customization to your own league experience while being quite helpful in-game Thoughts anyone? Rito?
