10/0 Placements for S6 and BRONZE FIVE

So I started playing league last season. I was originally placed in silver III if I remember correctly. I played on an old mac that would crash nearly every 3rd or 4th game. That, and being new and pretty bad, I appropriately dropped to Bronze. I quit playing ranked because of the hefty time punishments I racked up. After replacing crap macbook, watching many streams, and practicing hardcore in blind matches last season, I decided to go ahead and do my S6 placements. I went 10/0 no losses. And got placed in Bronze V! #SuckerPunchToTheGonads. I worked hard in those placements. Why B5?? Was my MMR just SO bad that I couldn't even get above B5??? I'm pretty discouraged...

well you get placed in silver basically when you first start out in ranked like my friend went 2-10 last season and got silver 5 riot gives it to you basically but when you do it again you will be placed in bronze basically but if you are as good as you say you are then climbing should be easy i have seen plats get from bronze 5 to diamond so you can do it too

Oh and wait until you see the inmates in the B5 asylum. It's a super treat down here. Make friends with people who use the mini map and duo as much as you can.

I feel discouraged too tbh I went 8/2 on my placements and im placed in b5 I feel so discouraged I almost quit league and ranked altogether >_>

The fact that you dropped from silver into bronze speaks volumes. Your MMR has to be excedingly bad for you to drop a rank like that because normally you would just be stuck in the fifth division at 0LP. That compounded on the fact that the soft reset usually drops everyone a few pegs and it's no wonder you ended up bronze v.

The good news is that going 10/0 in your placements will raise your MMR by a lot so it should be easier to climb. You might even see gains and loss of ~+25/-8 during your ranked games. If thats the case then the first few divisions will be a cake walk.

You're lying, I checked your summ name on lolking, you were Bronze season 5 and at best probably Bronze I.

Also original placements seem to be too easy while new season placements drop you back a little.

i was silver in season 4 and i got the frame in s5 i got stuck in silver but lolking read that im b5 in s5 and now after replacement it was 8/10 i got b4 in s6 and i drop down to b5 im so pissed that i stop playing the bronze this year worse than the season before so many kids and refuse to listen bad build dont how to counter 0 wards and throw with rage quit is crazy i dont play with premade but im gona do it now cuz solo q is fcked ... god help us all..
