I suggest that you reintroduce dfg, but give it an effect similar to duskblade but does an increased or decreased amount of damage amplification, or resistant penetration based on the health of the target it is used on, it would be targetable, and have little to no base damage.

To answer your suggestion tho, it wouldn't work. Who would it proc on, since it would proc on abilities, you'd be setting it off on multiple targets and unreliably.
Unless you make it an active, which breaks the deal right there.

But in all seriousness, i still fear it. It was good it was removed, but S6 so busted that DFG would actually fit in.
