better synergy with items like and give her enough defense needed to be able to fight in valor form.

right now her base ad at level 18 is in the lower field of the champion pool, wich makes these items quite terrible on her. it sounds insignificant, but making them a more viable option would give her that little bit of a defensive boost that would make valor work a lot better in teamfights.

her early game might have to be tuned down so she doesnt turn even more into a lane bully, but im convinced that a buff to her base stats is all thats needed to make her work properly.

alternatively, just adding a % bonus to her base ad on her ult could work aswell. something like 10%, 20%, 30% base ad increase at rank 1/2/3 of her ult while she is in valor form.

this would end her up at ~130 base ad while she fights with valor.

its just about creating the right item synergy.

but creating the right item synergy to allow her to get away with building just more health and a little less damage should help a lot.

Most of Quinn's problems could be solved if Riot reworked her Q and redistributed all the power needlessly tied up in her Q to the rest of her kit.

When you think about it, her Passive, W and E are all tied together. E Marks Enemy with Passive, Consuming Mark Triggers W as well as the Damage from Harrier. Those abilities are actually really neatly tied together. Think is, though, her E has shit Base Damage and Shit Scaling Damage.

As someone who played Quinn right up until I got sick of Riot never fixing her Bugs and core Gameplay Issues, I would gladly trade the Damage on Q, or the Blind on Q for the sake of her kit as a whole.

Quinn will never be a strong pick until her Primary Skill order is R > E > W > Q. Right now, you give up too much regardless of whether you Max E or Q first.
