Can we admit that matchmaking is bad now?

There's no reason to separate Ranked from Normal in matchmaking. There's no reason to boost the opponents that premades encounter. Really. Teamwork is a huge plus, but if you intentionally try to counter that through shear mathematic force, you are literally doing the opposite of encouraging team play. Why would I play with a silver level team premade if we get matched against plat level single queue players?

Why is my fresh level 30 friend and I being matched against mid golds when we play together? This isn't some byproduct of probability. This happens all the time. All the time. We've all seen games where one team is collectively several thousand wins and several dozen ranked levels ahead of their opponents. Do we just accept this as the reality of the game or acknowledge that yes, there is in fact a problem here. I understand it in modes like Dominion or TT, where queue times would be otherwise horrendous, but I think I speak for everyone when I say that an extra ~30 seconds in queue won't bother me if I could simply be matched with teammates AND enemies in my own skill range.
