Idea for Brand: make his spells interact with himself

I mean, his whole point is that he uses spells to make enemies burning and using other spells on burning enemies gives bonus effects.

And... technically he is burning the entire time, so why not involve him with this?

R - Can now bounce of Brand, the next hit deals bonus damage. (Would make him a strong duelist tho, might have to get tweaked) E - Can now be self cast, causing a ring of fire to erupt from Brand. Not just sparks, think of Leona's shield-explosion. W - Not exactly sure on this, but what about some health/mana restore if you fire yourself up? Or a temporary flame aura? I'm not sure about this.

And Q... well, you can not really hit yourself with that unless you use flash...

right... Because rumble, vlad, ryze (Seraph's RoA combo is getting massively buffed), and several other AP champs aren't getting huge buffs from the itemization changes.

EDIT: Also, brand already has a crazy high winrate.

Not really as there are no big changes to magic penetration, which is actually the strongest tool for him to use.

Also, even if he get's strong, champs like LB get even stronger and they counter him pretty hard ^^

I'm not sure if he ever was considered OP. Sure, he was considered strong some time ago, back before league of assassins or maybe even before the league of bruisers... but that was a long time ago and even I wouldn't say OP...

Unnecessary buffs for Brand? Sure, why not? Well, I mean, except for making him possibly the most overpowered duelist, because he can guarantee 800-1819 +3.45 AP damage with no retaliation, before even considering making Pyroclasm deal more damage if it bounces off himself.

I keep saying this; wait until the AP item changes hit the live server. Brand is being significantly, indirectly buffed.

He is an immobile no escape, no barely no self-peel mage with zero sustain.

If you get blown up by him with "no chance of retalitation", you might be doing something wrong ^^

That's your opinion, and you are fully entitled to it. Meanwhile, I'll just stop telling people they're asking Riot to buff the wrong champions. They clearly don't care for my opinion, they just want to make up utterly insane batshit for buffs and hear total agreement.

Brand just need Conflagration to not be bad in order to be very very powerful as a mage.

Conflagration can deal zero damage and it wouldn't have mattered - all it does is to apply Blaze first. The damage is underpar and the mana cost is terrible when considering its damage. It needs a rework.

Another rework can be to his passive and make it slightly more rewarding for quicking chaining spells together.

Well, changing the spell for a self cast seems like a good idea for me then. I just wonder what the effect should be if Brand is "firing himself up"...
