Double AoE from Guinsoo's Rage and Runnan's (and Runnan's helps get Gunsoo's Rage quicker) and the new Hextech Gunblade makes your poison heal you as well, meaning Teemo gets a lot more contribution to team fights! Nashor's Tooth now also got a buff to it's attack speed (up to 50% from 40%) to add salt to the wound that is AP On-hit Teemo. Expect to see this at a Rift near you.

New Damage Amp for Zed and Talon http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DSpM0CNzaoY/VjKF1f0kN-I/AAAAAAAAzWM/7zWRcaVd1Z4/s320/lordR.jpg The new Last Whisper helps Talon and Zed burst down those pesky Fighters they sometimes struggle with. Talon gets 15% increased damage on his 125% damage, giving him around 140% increased damage against his targets. Zed is also pretty insane against Fighters and Tanks now, dealing 15% increased damage during his Death Mark, and then his Death Mark dealing 115% of the 115% damage dealt during Death Mark. This is overall a decent buff in the end that should help Zed and Talon deal with the new Mercurai buffs, making it a bigger item.
