@meddler - what is your opinion about removing enemy ap from veigar's ult and buffing his own?
AS a veigar main since season 1 this is my most desired buff on him. i'm tired of he being powerless against ad comp

It removes his anti-mage Identity.
They could be super troll and put the .2 they took off his ultimate and put it on his W.
But I love one-shotting Annie with one spell.
So to sum it up, you're just lazy in mechanics and preferred to one-shot anyone to save the trouble.
Meanwhile, 
has to dash here & there to deal the same amount of damage Veigar does with just his ult(with the change you propose).
Im sorry sir but I believe that wouldnt fit veigar. in my opinion veigar shouldnt be able to beat AD champions, because his niche is a counter mage nuker, if he could nuke AD champs aswell, where would the counter play be? not to mention veigar is in a really powerful spot since they made his Q able to get double the AP per cast.
