Rengars passive needs a cooldown

I'm honestly not even sure whether or not it does, but it can't be anything longer than 1-2 seconds. Literally, whenever I have a fight with rengar, he just dissapears into brush (becoming unattackable) and then reappears right on me.

People say "just ward the bush" or "go in the bush" well

It's very easy to have no wards available early-game (which is when this bs happens)
He will legit kill you before you can even get to the bush. Or, he can stop you from moving and thus you cannot enter the bush.

Give it like a 4-5 second cooldown so that it CAN BE USED MULTIPLE TIMES PER FIGHT but CANT BE USED TO HAVE HIMSELF DISSAPEAR THEN REAPPEAR RIGHT NEXT TO YOU EVERY 1-2 SECONDS.

It does. Its called his Attack speed timer. Rengar is my all time most hated champ but honestly, sounds like you are just Johning. Rengar has no gapclosers outside his situational Passive. Dont want him jumping on you multiple times? Simple. Don't go near a bush he is in when you know he is there.

Except when you're fighting him you arent just gonna abandon the fight if he goes into a bush.

uhhhh, yes you are? if his passive is an issue at all to you in terms of the champ u are playing, u shouldn't be chasing him into the bush in the first place. Quit being thristy lol.

Did you ever consider not going in to the bush? He can't keep jumping if he is not inside it.

He jumps out ONCE and doesn't ever get another jump because he's not in the bush anymore. When you walk into the bush or are near a bush, you are putting yourself in the situation you described where he is jumping at you multiple times per fight. Walk away and he can only get one jump off.
