Let us see what exact runes people are using directly in the new loading screen.

We can see futile things like their mastery points on a champion, their current rank, their former rank, even have a detailed note of what summoners spells do, but we can't see what runes our ennemies have taken, like if they took twice MR rune + magic shield, etc.

This wouldn't be an issue if we couldn't see it at all, but we can on sites (like opgg).
