Fix minion block for allied minions.

Can we take a poll to add the old "phantom dancer" passive to everyone, so they can walk through THEIR OWN minions? Phantom dancer just got buffed so removing that passive would take almost nothing away if at all. Seriously this would just improve the game.

Minion blocking is a strategic element in the game and the only time when it is not beneficial to you is when you screw up.

Honestly I never have an issue with minions blocking me.

I took out a tower ass Nasus then couldn't run away because my minions had completely walled off lane and autopath was taking me to the enemy base. The block is also affecting minions forcing them to path through the jungle.
