Patch 7.23 literally does nothing besides nerfing sona!!

Rammus gets 4 less armor(dont spend it all in one place). Clap clap. Klepto? Nothing just make a farsight ward more potent. (Buffs Ezreal) Aery gets somewhat nerfed (did not address double proc). Ezreal and udyr(untouched). Twitch? Nope nothing changes. They addressed Sona and Aery. Thats all.
