Rework: Assassin or Diver?

Hey all, i was wondering, did the rework of a subclasses settled? From what i followed, it was likeley assassin or diver fighter that would take a bunch of changes like the ap mage did recently. If yes, any idea when it'll come ?

both are somewhat either op or shit currently. divers are the former for the most part. assassins probably the way to go since some of them are awful am guessing divers are after. assassins are pre seasons. divers are gonna be mid season.
