Why does Press the attack have inconsistent wording?

"Hitting an enemy champion 3 consecutive times makes them vulnerable..."

Yet, this only seems to apply to auto attacks and not spells. Despite every other instance of "hitting" simply referring to dealing damage OR affecting them with a skill (as the few cases that a spell doesn't actually deal any damage still normally count)...

I mean, if you're gonna make ANOTHER rune exclusive to AD champions that's fine, but simple grammatical inconsistency seems like an easy string value fix.

  1. You don’t want something like this proccing from spell casts.

  2. AD champions aren’t the only ones with auto attacks

  1. I mean, I don't want something like conqueror proccing from auto attacks, but that's already a thing. Why does riot care what I, or more specifically you, don't want?

  2. And while it's true that AD champions aren't the only ones with auto attacks, they're the ones which really have any realistic possibility of activating the rune for any decent amount of benefit.

  3. The post was about the inconsistent vocabulary used to describe the effect of "3 consecutive basic attacks on an enemy champion..." should be fixed and would be a 10 minute ticket even for an intern. While we're at it, what's the difference between a "spell" and an "ability" (as described by phase rush)? After all, both only include PQWER, which is basically everything besides items which are generally just included as "Active Items" (such as on Ingenious Hunter).
