Why is that a 6 item tristana can more reliably burst down a squishy than a full build leblanc?

Is a 6 item Tristana not full build?

For one thing youre comparing someone who shines lategame to someone who shines earlygame.....

And the title is kinda wierd....... Isnt 6 item full build???

Because Riot has admitted that Leblanc doesn't perform the job she was meant to so comparing Leblanc's burst to tristana's, or anyone's, is pointless because Leblanc's passive was a failed rework and hopefully they'll be working on it soon.

Leblanc's burst takes 1.5 seconds to kill someone.

Full build Tristana's autos take about .5 seconds to kill someone if she crits and they are lacking armor.

And if she is full build she probably has her range maxed too so she can hit from pretty far away.

It has already been said by Riot that LB's rework was failed.
