Let's talk about excessive mobility

Inb4 somebody says Jhin is immobile.
Jhin is immobile.
Just like q augment Viktor is immobile?
Immobile as in no dashes in their kit.
Sure Jhin and victor can reach high MS speeds with the correct itemization and runes, but they are gonna be sub-par in terms of movement to somebody that can travel over a wall or multiple walls very fast. And no flash doesn’t count in this case.
The “mobile” champs can reach a location faster by directly going over a wall while the “immobile” champ has to walk all the way around the wall to reach the desired location.
Both viktor and jhin are able to have spammable high movespeed that can reach 'excessive' levels as pointed out in the OP. At least one of those (viktor) is being abused in worlds, the joke was that somebody bad was going to come in here and claim high ms isn't mobility.
What you said is 'right', but when you think about it, there's a lot of LoL names and definitions that makes no sense. Immobility means that something is unable to move, it's immobile. But here it means something else. I think calling it 'dashless' would make more sense, but at this point everybody already knows the term.
Yeah you right... I should have said dashless instead lol

the standard of immobility.
He has a MVS buff, these are the standarts of immobility:

On that requires a teammate to be in front of you...
And
requires to have her ult off CD so she's also a standart of immobility, right?
Irrelevant, every single mobility spell in the game requires something, that doesn't make it not a mobility spell - especiall when there's a line of actually 100% immobile champions.
I'm not saying Morde is mobile btw (I know how Boards work, strawman everywhere), just that if he's a prototype of immobility, he's like 50th in on that ladder.
SO MASTER YI IS IMMOBILE?
No, he has his q which is a dash/blink. He blinks to a target and “dashes” to a few other targets to deal damage.
Immobile as in no dashes in their kit.

Gotta disagree with that. Immobile means they have neither a dash nor a MOVEMENT SPEED BUFF. Jhin has a movement speed buff, viktor has a movement speed buff. They're not immobile.
Nice try though.
Well yes, like another commenter said above, I should have said dashless instead of immobile lol.
But for me the idea of an immobile champ in league means a champ that can’t suddenly traverse a wall to get further away from an opponent, because the opponent has to spend a long time to walk around, which by that time the champ that dahsed is long gone.
Victor and Jhin both need a target for them to get the MS boost so I didn’t consider them that mobile. Sure they excel with chasing or kiting a target, but that is because they can use their abilities to get the MS boost. If there is nobody in range then they can’t get the MS boost at all.
I admit I wasn’t clear/was wrong about a few things.
EDIT: if you notice, you will see that I said “with the correct itemization or runes”. For example, if we give a champ like talon and a champ like Jhin the same exact runes and put them in the same simulation. They can only run and use basic abilities to maneuver, they cannot auto attack to gain MS or anything. (And they have the same items). From the same starting point, if both champs run to the same location, you will see that the talon reaches the destination far before the Jhin. In this case Jhin is immobile because he has no way to gain MS.
Wait so does that mean
is a mobile champ because his w gives him movement speed towards it's target?

If you're asking this sincerely: Since mordekaiser's W buff requires an ally or minion to be present, many don't consider him to be mobile. Also, if he passes his target, he no longer receives that speed. It's almost like half of what poppy's W is. Her W gives more agency and individuality than morde. If he's caught in the jungle with no one but an enemy around, he no longer can speed up. If his ally is behind him, he no longer can speed up. Whenever someone uses the term "mobile" they usually refer to the character's individual ability to speed itself up or against another champion without items (such as triforce or cleaver that grant mobility based on phage's passive).
The best way to to determine if a champion is mobile or immobile is to put them in a room with another champion, no minions, no allies. The only thing they're able to bring is their level 1 item and their ward or oracle.
Morde would have 0 way to speed up. Jhin would. Lux would have 0 way to speed up. Viktor would Velkoz would have 0 way to speed up.
Many people believe that it's just champions like leblanc riven or rakan that take the title as "mobile." Nah
If you're just making a joke: ya lmao XD

A fully maxed movement speed jhin can run faster than a dash can.
Yes but if he gets that fast then he is most likely fed enough to one shot everybody so that doesn’t count lol. Just be glad that in the next few patches celerity will be changed to only increase MS and doesn’t give AD/AP, so The Fast can’t one shot you with 6000 MS
TBH I'm fine with conditional mobility like
. But having an On Demand high mobility spell/effect on a low cooldown or easy condition is BS
. These guys don't have to work for their mobility, and most of them have no drawback for this.

HOW IS IRELIAS MOBILITY NOT CONDITIONAL WTF? Her mobility PRACTICALLY works the same fashion as Yasuos. Irelia CANT escape a bad situation reliably. Talon a bit aswell since he needs a wall if he doesnt have his ult) Nevermind how Fiora and Tryndamere can use their mobility spells whenever they want to so its not conditional at all. It's just punishing for Fiora if she doesnt Q an enemy minion/champion and punishing for Tryndamere if he doesnt crit someone.
LeBlanc can escape enemies quite easily, but I don’t particularly mind that she’s slippery.
I also don’t think Distortion is excessively powerful offensively because LeBlanc literally uses herself as a projectile and sacrifices her ability to escape with Distortion which constitutes some risk.
In my opinion, what’s really obnoxious about LeBlanc is her passive because it often saves her when she misplays with her other tools or when you finally manage to outplay her.

= 720 Movement Speed

All I know, is if I wanted to play Street Fighter, I would. The amount of champs they keep making or reworking into high mobility champs is getting old.

FYI Trynd can ult while cc'ed

Ulting ≠ clutch ulting. Cc stalls out the 5 second ult. Some comps have cc on every role. The right cc can keep Tryndamere at a proper distance to get poked to death by your adc/mid. Same goes for all the "excessive mobility" types here.
Clutch ult in my mind is ulting right before you die. Aka the most efficient use of it. How are you gonna define clutch ult for trynd.
I'm confused on
. Also if you remove her dash, she's basically useless.
yeah just don't stand in minion waves and learn to side step his q. If you can't do that, it's your fault.
yeah I agree. That's why I'm playing the fuck out of him.
Yeah, but they would have to rework her to change any of that.
similar to yasuo. She needs minions.
oh come on now. Her ult is her only engage, disengage. And if you pick on her because of her ult you'd have to list

Add
in there, nothing frustrates me more than when I'm melee is right click on him and even with whatever speed boosts I have, I can't catch him and he just autos me to death with dashes, BorK slows or Zeal item bonus MS.
All dashes in the game have more range, than actual n-friend attack range. It's just ap leasure, if enemy has lucian

Jhin having movement speed is essential to him being successful.
Now that all the "I cant read more than 1 sentence" people have downvoted, I'll give the kicker:
The AMOUNT of speed he gets is too much. I love Jhin, but he's gotta slow it down.
"Until they stop me, I will keep going."
Yasuo and Fiora have reasonable mobility. They're squishy melees and need that mobility as a defense against getting kited, and they need to be in melee range to do meaningful damage. Zed's arguable; he's got great ranged damage with WEQ, but he's vulnerable to being ganked for like 15 seconds after using it.
LeBlanc and Ahri on the other hand have no business being so mobile. They're incredibly safe because they don't really need to get near their enemies to deal damage (well, except LeBlanc's W) and LeBlanc especially has low cooldowns on her W and R. Ahri also has almost instant hard CC to shut down anyone trying to dive her.
No opinion on Irelia's mobility. I think it's fine mobility for a skirmisher, but she needs to be either squishier or do less damage. I swear she almost always gets fed when I see her, her laning in mid is SO strong.
kassadin and kayn should be on there
Isn't Ahri's mobility is her Ultimate ?
Quinn and Rammus are missing - if you're going to put jhinn in.
Remember, the NERF bat is melee range
you forgot riven
is
really that mobile? I never felt like i had an issue with her being too fast
I mean, in DoTA 2 there's an item that allows you to flash every 20 seconds. Also there's a hyper carry champion called Magina who can flash (VERY FAR) every 6 seconds.
