50000000000000001 votesIt's worth it even just for the ward refresh effect. If you're gonna place 10+ wards in a game, sightstone is really worth it. Also, you're less likely to place wards (or place them more carefully) if you're buying wards, since the gold can just go to waste. With sightstone, the wards are pretty much free. I think that's worth it, even on Soraka. It'd be nice to have something other than health, but having extra health for unlimited supply of wards is worth it. Take it from a Soraka main. It is indeed better on tanky supports, but it's still decent on Soraka.
