Jungle Timers

TL;DR: Everyone knows League has a high learning curve. This hurts Riot's game population (by not bringing in new players due to time taken to learn the game and general toxicity). I hope Riot removes the general global buff timers. I also hope they focus more on player behavior to attract new players as opposed to making a skill-based game so easy that all skill is irrelevant.

I get it. Riot wants to reduce the learning curve necessary so that new players will flock to the game. That much is blatantly obvious. However, implementing things such as general global buff timers into the game makes jungling way too easy. I find myself just camping out at the buff until the second it spawns thanks to the new timers.

I could see this being used as a tool in a tutorial or a teaching tool of some sort, but similar to Riot's turret range indicators, I think it should stay in those modes.

The game, especially with the mage rework, is becoming incredibly easy. Brand's AoE is more now than it ever has (or should be), Malzahar is a bigger mid-lane king now than he ever has been, and mages have been all-around buffed. However, I am not complaining about that, but simply adding that to the list of how Riot is constantly implementing new ways to make the game easier.

Bump for the sake of removing buff timers (epics can stay)
