when i play garen top and the enemys got a vayne, kindred jungle and varus bot, i go frozen heart. "BUT IT GIVES MANA AND GAREN DOESNT USE MANA YOU FUCKING TROLL FUCK YOU REPORT!" yea it gives mana that garen cant use. but it also gives 100 armor and slows attackspeed of nearby enemys by 15%. and that ats slow is something you feel as adc.

so calm your tits, just because i cant use every stat an item offers, doesnt mean its trolling if i buy it. its somethign different if i go on garen.

item 3143 does more against just about any marksman that has any crit.

40 less armor and 400 more hp + 20% less crit damage adds up to more EHP in most cases, plus it has the active slow.

Agreed, IDK why anyone would pick FH over it if they have 0 mana. The 55% slow should never be understated.

Wouldn't this make more sense for garen as a second armor/hp item? item 3742 I don't play him, but it certainly seems to me it would. Or just HP like item 3083

i dont play him often either. and i just felt like doing something different. and since i was vs a vayne, i prefered some armor over hp because of her w. in the end we won and i ended up 8/3/14 so i cant complain.

Wouldn't you want more HP over armor against vayne's W since it's true damage? Also the fact that's it's % max health true damage is a little ridiculous. I would accept %current HP true damage.

I mean.. there's also Randuins which does the same thing, albeit you need to be attacked by them but if you're playing garen you're going to be attacked by them.

honestly depending on the amount of crit, if needed I will build either item 3075 item 3110 or item 3143 . since the attack speed debuffs can stack due to not having the same name
