i hate this cancer champ and his kit. I ban him whenever i can because he has shit loads of CC and a fuck up free card with his lantern.

You say you are diving 3 people and killed one and are about to be punished for it? NOPE lantern comes in to save his ass.

Just knowing someone survived a would be suicide dive because of an ability (that is not even his ult) auto puts me on tilt.

I made this thread because i have to get this off my chest and i want the world to know that this champion for me is what yasuo and rengar are for most of the people on the forums

Thresh is the Lee Sin of supports. Not only can they have kits that have just about everything in them but they have abilities that allow them to decide which fights they want and which fights they don't; which is extremely, extremely strong in this game.

To be fair, each ability is pretty much one ability... just with 2 parts. Poke and then dash, shield and/or dash and lifesteal, AOE sight and then a small slow. Not to say Lee Sin isn't awesome, but... I wouldn't say he has 7 abilities.

Yet both procs of his Q together do 400 damage at level 6 with a warrior enchantment.

I don't have as much of a problem with his W, but the *lifesteal gets overbearing if he puts points into it early.

E's true sight is ok, but the fact that it does so much damage (and the slow is actually impactful) is irritating.

Then there's his ult.

Its not about magic damage. His Q applies spellvamp, too, because it is a spell.

but regarding Thresh, i think enemies should be able to either destroy or pick his lantern to dash to him.

Thresh isn't a get out of jail free card. You can stand over lantern. You can cc the enemy.

Kalista ult is a get out a jail free card. It can pull someone out no matter how fucked they are

I feel like someone is always standing over the lantern when Thresh is my ally/me, but when he's the enemy nobody but me ever tries to bodyblock the lantern and usually doesn't even get a chance.

Because Bard when released was decent, but along with thunderlords, a good-bard can bully so hard and zone you from every CS.. he is annoying also because when he is an ally he is always prone to messing up his ult and overextending for ganks, etc..sort've like Sona

then tell me what ability that is not an ult can be used to make someone disappear a screen away? other then thresh lantern? When you are under turret and being attacked by 2 other people, chances are you wont be able to get away with a simple blink or dash.

chances are you wont get a double jump while 2 people are beating of you, and even if you do you wont get very far. The tunnel has a long cooldown and chances are you used it too engage. Lets assume you didnt then you might be able to get away by tunneling, however, it still wont take you as far as a thresh lantern will.

lee falls off in the late game, his winrates (off of my games I've seen) are low if they make it past 20 minutes.

Lee is strong, but has the problem of going glass cannon and dying too fast or being sub tank that only has a movement slow . . . Thresh has great numbers with his E poke, I'd complain about his ULT being garbage and how his base movement speed is rediculously slow

This... 100% this. The best Lee sins are the ones that set up kills. Not the one that win early. I could write a comprehensive guide on how to deal with Lee at all levels of the game, but ya'll would still complain and rage. Not worth my time.

lee's abilities has very high base dmg(ie ult having 600 base dmg and 100%ad scaling at max rank), even when he builds all tank after warrior he is still gonna deal a shit load of dmg.

but thresh as a support is not mearly as tanky as other supports such as naut or blitz.

Lee received a lot of nerfs too. W cd nerfed w no longer shields unless going to champions w duration nerfed hard e completely loses a 60% attack speed slow health regen and (im not sure which) another base stat nerfed

his q is a fisplacement, w is lantern, e is also displacement, ult is aoe slow, none of them are silence.

Thresh At least when Thresh hooks you, he has to fly towards the victim and try holding them down with his kit.

Blitzcrank Can miss multiple times but that one grab can screw you over, your lane, and perhaps your entire game.

he's also hard as fuck to master. so kkudos to the thresh mains that take time to practice him. remember, for every hook landed, there were endless hours of practice. he's also skill shot based.

Yeah, a good Thresh is a pain but any good champion is the same. I know that a good Leona against me, Thresh, is hard. E + Q + R (It has arrives ... --) i was perma stun. XD I don't remember if she lands her w on me tough. Anyway, anytime I engaged the Leona was engaging too. Nautilus is a good hook support too like Thresh. He has more defense power. (Just don't hook over a wall............--) Same with Blitzcrank.

A good Ap mage can withstand those hook support champions. I think. Like a good Soraka who will E them while they hook. I don't know.
