for anyone in my games who dies over 9 times. Or a "this player has spent more time in the game dead than alive". Sorry but if you die in a game 10 or more times, you fucked up alot that game regardless of your role.
The report doesnt do anything, it just allows me to release the pent up salt so I dont have to come here and do it

What if your first couple games vs. live people go horribly, where you are almost brand new vs. a very experienced opponent? Should people get reported while learning new champs?
I just unlocked LeBlanc for example last night and while being chased by the enemy team I accidentally ulted backwards into the middle of them. Luckily my group laughed and didn't want to report me.
