Can I please have on thing back on Heimerdinger

I know he has been tweaked a bit some time ago, but Heimerdinger in his current state has lost his identity.

It used to be "You don't fight in heimger turrets" or "You do not gank a Heimerdinger", now it's just a simple "Fck it" Stunning someone is not rewarding enough anymore on Heimerdinger. He feels so weak and useless right now and it makes me sad that I have to resort to playing that one champion in that one role I have perfected just to get to platinum. Why can't I do this on my beloved Donger?

I mean, how many champions have their own amazing fanbased song, and yet they are completely useless..
