Does Shen's E feel... off to anyone?

Like the title says Shen's E feels off, before the patch i feel the Taunt hitbox was bigger now it feels extremely small, i was not fully on top of a champions but torso's was touching but no taunt which is why i am making this post. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this?
