Riot you have a huge problem

Honestly you need to fix your tutorial and stress the importance of vision. This is like the 3rd game I've had in a row where my teammates are doing bad in lane due to ganks and they refuse to ward because they're "on tilt". Now I don't know whether it's due to lcs that they think that playing these "op" champions can carry them or what but apparently when you go on tilt due to being ganked buying wards is somehow going to set you back instead of solving the problem that is keeping you from doing well in lane. Vision opens up so many opportunities for plays and kills that LCS wannabes want to pull off but that starts at the beginning. I'm at the point where I think it's too late for the current people that have the "I don't need to ward whatsoever to do well" so please to stop this in the future start now so that eventually the new players that will become vets don't have this mindset. I am begging you this small change will be a big QOL to the game overall.

I doubt teaching vision control in the tutorial will help people by the time they are level 30 and haven't done it in a long time and are just really bad at warding. The tutorial doesn't really teach habits that would stay with you like that.

I wouldn't be opposed to some advanced tutorials being made, but for the current tutorial I completely agree.

Ok sure, if they made some designed for people to play once they hit 30.

I think that there should be a behavior report that does not result in punishment, but allows a player to be reviewed by his peers. One of the options could be vision control, another could be positioning, last hitting, etc. As long as these could only be seen by the player in question and were vague enough to not be offensive whilst still being constructive. You start being able to receive reports at level 20 and you can choose to review them at your leisure(as in you are not notified everytime somebody leaves a report). This could also be used as positive feedback for things a player excels at.

The tutorial taught me about last hitting and that stayed with me for the entirety of the time that I have played league. However your doubt is what makes me feel even more that the change is needed. I feel you're too solidified

That feeling you have is called "denial".
