it's because Aurelion Sol is balanced with a unique play style. Nobody plays balanced champs.

Errr. Dragons tend to be one of the more popular tropes. Aurelia so just does not abide by the typical draconian stereottpe..man has a weird body shape. Big are head and a skinny body. He looks like a pro disoenser

I think the problem with Aurelion Sol is that he's got an immensely crippling weaknesses that no other champion in those game has - he can do almost nothing at all to anyone who gets close to him. Very few people want to waste their ults to escape from a clingy melee champion, and that's about the only tool Sol has to even remotely be relevant once someone is on him. Plus, his playstyle is weird and passive, and very few people enjoy that, despite how he is just this awesome conglomeration of George Takei and Carl Sagan wrapped up in a Dragon shell.
