riot doesnt learn from the past. theyre slowly creeping up crit items and marksmen in early game power again.
first the overhasty hotfix buffs, then direct kit buffs, now another round of item buffs.
and when games last past 25 minutes again, because theyre finally getting around to reduce snowball, its all going to blow up when marksmen become strong at 15 minutes and unstoppable past 25 minutes.

it has been multiple buffs since the initial crit item nerf.
infinity edge was made cheaper, stormrazor was buffed. tristana, jinx and other crit marksmen directly buffed.
and youre correct that marksmen arent even weak. their early game was as weak as it should be. their lategame is actually more ridiculous than before.
it just doesnt show, because game dont typically last long enough for marksmen to scale to that point.
but riot is also already reducing snowball mechanics step by step.
as soon as games last long enough, were back in a similar place to the ardent meta. marksmen will scale too fast into a way too strong of a lategame.
