Just change the path.
Currently I'm taking 2 camps then check the timer, if crab is close to spawn and there is little to no danger from the enemy jungler I take crab and the proceed to take third camp normally. If There is risk of being counterjungled just recall after 2 camps get the second jungler item and go straight to red. Always use your trinket to protect your flank when you are taking your second camp so you see it coming and you can ping for help.
A couple of advises, always start machete, why? because unless you are Evelyn you are going to run out of HP faster than you are going to run out of mana and machete clears the camps a tad faster. Second, if you see that your second camp is leaving you with less than 20%hp left you might consider running attack speed reds (with the usual, armor yellow, cdr/scaling mr blues, and flat ap/armor quint) it will help if you are unfamiliar with kiting the camps and resetting/juggling aggro or you are simply using a tank with horrible first clears or you are planing to an early invade that will make you take a sub-optimal skill first. (like maokai taking arcane smash instead of sappling toss)
Focus heavily on ganking, if possible only famr your buffs and quick camps whenever your lanes are pushed, since you are forced to recall after the first side of the jungle (The only tank that might get away with clearing the whole jg without recalling is Sion) you should look for a gank right after your second buff (your 3rd camp or 4th if you took crab)
You gotta bare in mind that similar how tanks are having trubles clearing camps so is half of the rooster of champions, the only difference is that they do it faster. The champions I would be the most worried about would be tanky bruiser with decent to high clearing like shyvana, vi or J4 (lee sin, elise, xin and warwick might also try it but they the first would be somewhere around half hp and they will have to commit to that invade or they will be behind for teh rest of the game and warwick usually just rather to farm since his killing potential is low on his own)
