This shit would help me focus more and know that the jungler coming to help actually knows what he's doing .

"Don't come here", you already have "Fallback", with Ctrl+Right Click by default, and "Danger" with up-drag.
The rest of your suggestions are a bit too specific to be useful, I think, and for "Jungler last seen", I tend to simply use the "Danger" ping. When it's in the middle of the jungle/river, it's kinda obvious we're talking about the jungler.
