Certain champs should be disabled in low elo ranked

Not because they are OP, but because it is a proven fact that bronze players have no idea how to use mechanical champs.

Champs like Vayne Yasuo LeeSin should just flat out be disabled in ranked until atleast gold. I'm so sick of seeing these same 3 champs every game going 0/9001 every fucking time. You are bronze, you have no fucking idea how to play yasuo, fucking stop.

Why should we care? Bronzes will stay bronzes LOL. No but actually if you're going to go 2/9/6 taking ghost and exhaust as Volibear support and start blaming the 4/10/5 Yasuo then you should really rethink who you're blaming...
