How will duo queuing affect my placements?

Right now, I'm 8-1 in my placements. I've played 2 of my 9 games solo, and the other 7 with my duo partner. How will this affect my season 8 rank?

(for reference, last season he was silver 4 and I was silver 2)

It won't, it will effect the opponents you play but it will not affect your personal MMR
